Currently, we specialize in the repair of mining industry gears of the KPL and PL series as well as conventional gears. All repaired gears are subject to a complex inspection process and an in-motion measurement under load in a testing station.
GEAR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING AND MEASUREMENT

Thanks to the direct torque control, excellent static and dynamic parameters of drives were obtained, similar to power transmission systems with engine shaft back coupling. The built gear testing station enables:
- Change of the driver shaft load – up to 400kW
- Change of the driver shaft rotational speed – from 0rpm to 1,500rpm in clockwise and anticlockwise direction
- Change of the driver shaft torque – from 0Nm to 2,565 Nm
The above parameters can be changed in steps or gradually. Types of gears tested include planetary roller and angular gears with power up to 450kW and conventional roller and angular gears with power up to 250kW.
